1. Pre-lighten hair to blonde or platinum blonde using Flash Lightning® Bleach Kit - 30 Volume Cream Developer
2. Shampoo with Prepare to Dye® Clarifying Shampoo
3. Apply hair dye to dry, clean hair, saturating thoroughly
4. Process for 30 minutes
5. Rinse with cool water (no shampoo) until water runs clear
